Rob Kardashian Is Keeping Up With New Healthy Fitness and Diet Routine

Aww good progress for Rob Kardashian as he is keeping up and maintaining his integrity of his fitness and diet plan.

“Rob is doing very well,” Rob’s BFF and DASH Dolls star Malika Haqq told E! News. “He has been working out and taking care of himself. I think Rob shares what he wants to share. I think that’s how it should be for everyone. When you’re ready you post, post. When you’re ready to be seen, be seen. When you don’t, leave him alone.”

Malika’s sister added Khadijah Haqq McCray, “We’re really defensive about Rob. He’s like a little brother.”

Earlier this week, an insider said that “for the first time in a long time Rob is committed to changing his diet habits.” “He’s been working with a chef and doing really well” so far, they added.

Rob is also working out with trainer Gunnar Peterson. “His regimen involves more than just cardio and weights,” the source dished.

Rob later added via social media that it was his love for sweet treats that caused his weight gain. “Started right here with these milkshakes hahaha… #throwbackthursday,” he joked.
